As usual, I tend to write the blog post on my birthday. It is a year summarization for me. I realized that no matter how old you are, every birthday becomes a special occation to reflect the experience/ lesson. Personally, I find it is interesting to read back the old post, to see how far I have turned from the “old Shana” to the “new me” today.

2019 was a great year for me.

Travelling various places from North to South Viet Nam this year, had chance to join Jenny’s wedding in Hong Kong and finished the year by watching sunrise in Angkor Wat – Cambodia with James.

Getting to the new industry which I have greatly interested in for a long time, I gained whole new perspective about human being, interaction among people. People have never stopped surprised me how crucial they could turn to, once “money” become a matter. Being in this industry, I often hear people saying thing “You need to have conscience”. Sarcasm enough, I believe if you want to work in Education industry, you need to have lots of money. Why? So few penny could not buy your conscience/ soul.

2020 surely has a lot of plans I wanna do as well as many challenges are waiting for me.

It both is exctied and scary at the same time but I guess it is a part of life. There is no great achievement without the hard working. If anything does not make you worry and scare at the same time while pursuing it, that achievement may be not great enough. So I am, at my last year of the twenties trying to make the best of it, no matter where I am, who I am with 🙂

Thank you for everybody who have both come/ come back or leaving during my 28th year. Remember you all give me the memorable lessons somehow. At the end of the day, only who you love and love you are matters 🙂
