As bilingual person, I find “human” is such an interesting term in Vietnamese, there are two part of it, you are a human but yet an animal. Someone once said “every idol/ hero in your life had started as a human first”. This mindset takes off the weight both on living perfect and expectation on someone’s perfection. Subsequently, I have stopped idolizing any people in life for a very long time.

Are we truly not care… I used to wonder a lot that same question. These days you live in the society that people often seeking for honesty. However, there are less people admitted that they only need a certain degree of honesty, not all bare. I guess this is why stand up comedy playing such an important role in me . It gives another angles/ cuts of life for the same thing. It puts another coat/ challenges your own original view – which maybe a sorrow at first. Call me weird but dark sense of humor was born that way.

Leaving the title people putting on her for the last two year, it is the applause for taking this platform speaking for your own self. I guess everyone has a chance to speak for yourself.

I love her witty mind. The bright side of “being old”, you look every experiences with the appreciation, either good – bad. We all once wished for a peaceful life when younger but we reckon it definitely not where your growing was. Her special on Netflix could go shorter, but for the final, we may secretly wish it last forever (somehow). I love that even the world may push you to the corner, kick you to the edge, your life partner is still there with you, cry and hold your hands, not only on your hello but also your goodbye to the world. Obviously, it is not necessary the same person but we are all blessed to have the same from start to end. Life is enough when you know to say enough.
