I read this book on the way home from Mel last year, I thought about u during the flight, last coffee time we had together – first time ever I saw you being frustrated, just because I cried “Idiot, u r totally idiot, now everybody thought I made you cry Shana”
Remember that cold winter, we waited whole afternoon just for 10 mins of sunset. You used to asked what I may miss most about Mel, I said my first sunset in Beaumaris. You laughed that young people tend to remember their first time, when getting older they would rather memorise the last time and who they spent time with.
I wouldn’t be the way I am now if I didn’t meet you. We disagree on various topics, due to the difference in culture, age etc. The biggest lesson I learnt from our friendship is accepting people have different choices on same thing.
“People don’t ask other to be their mentor, they spent time, trust and believe”. It’s that simple 🙂 if you can’t trust, or no place trust further, you can’t be friend.
“People don’t forget someone affected their life, even they never met again, Shana”. Clearly, I don’t.
But as usual, I’ve got my own rules on certain thing 🙂
⁃ Well Asian don’t like to say sorry cause of their pride, Western don’t, we don’t hestited to admit our fault
⁃ It’s true but at the same time Asian also know “words are spoken couldn’t take back and it could hurt”, especially if it is unreasonable accusation 🙂
Damn my memory
